What a beautiful day

The sun was shining, the guests were smiling and guess what? The band was playing. Check out some of the moments captured of a wedding that I feel very lucky to have shot!

Tim + Marianthi = Beautiful Couple with a Beautiful Future!

On July 12th, Tim and Marianthi tied the knot. The weather was absolutely gorgeous...the bride was even more so. She was stunning with hair was done by Jeannie Ramos and make up by Christina Elfar. There was love and emotion in every detail of the ceremony and reception. It was truly an honor to be a part of their day! Congrats!!

Marcia and Richie ~ Astoria, NY

Life is busy and I neglected to upload some photos of the gorgeous NY wedding that I shot last year. I was going through some of my galleries online and saw these pictures. It brought me right back to the beautiful September afternoon with all of their loving families and friends. There was so much joy and emotion! I felt so privileged that I was able to be a part of their day! Check out some of my favorite images of the day.

My love/hate relationship with Boston

Boston is my home, but sometimes even I detest it. It's loud, busy, unruly....the cars drive fast and let's face it, New Englander's don't have a reputation for being the warmest people. We talk loud and are in your face. At the same point, it is who were are and I try to appreciate it. Just when I think I've had enough of this city, I see someone hold the door open or help someone with their baby carriage and I think "see, it ain't all bad!"

What I love the most about the city is how old it is. It is full of history and thank goodness, we have been able to preserve some of it. However, it is also a city that is building and changing at warp speed with new hotels and condos going up in every neighborhood. Here are some construction workers that were nice enough to let me sit down and talk to them...and of course, take their picture.

Below is one of my favorite buildings in the city. The custom house. Just gorgeous!

Saving face...

Looking up!
