Night photography

I took a class last night with the talented and inspiring Kristin Gleason at the BCAE. I feel really lucky to have met her and am really excited about all the stuff that I am learning from her. Here is my first attempt at night photography. I gotta tell ya....I'm now hooked! Hope you like.

Each location is perfect. You made some good photographs, however they feel like they are lacking. By this I mean I would love, love to see the presence of people in the very first few photographs. A couple walking hand and hand, a woman posing for you, a fashion shoot prehaps, a man dressed in a nice outfit. Go to quincy market place about dusk time and set your camera on a tripod, point it in every direction and just make photographs of the people walking by, get close to people use the surrounding buildings and lights as a back drop....

Great work, I cant wait to see you grow more.

Thanks Jeff. Actually on some of the pictures people were walking by....but they passed so fast that they were not captured. My shutter was open for a minute of some of these.

I will be hitting Quincy Market soon though.....behind the Federal Court house, too is a great location.

Thanks for the feedback!!
